Ingredients
60ml Cherrapunji Gin
150ml Premium Tonic Water
Highball Ice
Orange Peel (to garnish)
Method
Fill a glass with plenty of large ice cubes and stir to chill, straining off any melted water. Add 60ml of Cherrapunji Gin over the ice to let the citrus and tea botanicals open up. Slowly pour 150ml of premium tonic water down the side of the glass to keep the fizz alive. Stir once gently and add a twist of orange peel to garnish.
