That said, we also stock carefully selected NAS expressions from distilleries where the master blender's craft speaks for itself. If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photographic evidence of any damage. Opened bottles cannot be accepted for return unless there is a verified quality defect.
