Made from Rainwater

Even in Cherrapunji, one of the rainiest places on Earth, drinking water in winter is scarce. We use clear, harvested rainwater to dilute the base spirit—preserving precious groundwater and honoring the paradox of abundance and lack that defines these hills.

GI-Tagged Khasi Mandarin

The one GI-tagged mandarin in our recipe. Generations of growers set out before sunrise to pluck fruit with unblemished skin and intact stems. The stem is nature's own shield, helping retain essential oils and guard against oxidation. Each mandarin is treated like treasure.

12 Native Botanicals

Our botanical basket bursts with vibrant flavors of fruits, spices, peppers, and teas, sourced from Meghalaya, Assam, Sikkim, Mizoram, and Arunachal. From forest-grown smoked cardamom to second-flush tea from the Lushai Hills—native botanicals that have never found their way into traditional gins.

Small Batch Distillation

Each bottle is distilled in small batches using a hybrid still designed for precision and character. From vapor infusion of delicate botanicals to long rests in steel holding tanks, the entire process is governed by the Northeast's air, elevation, and seasonal rhythms.

Reusable Steel Bottle

SS304 stainless steel—the same caliber used to store extra neutral alcohol in distilleries and fermented grapes in wineries. The bottle lasts twelve years or more, weighs just 158 grams, and is eminently recyclable. 70% less energy than traditional production.
