Elderflower Collins - The Perfect Serve
Ingredients
- 60ml Cherrapunji Gin
- 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Elderflower cordial
- 125ml Soda water
- Ice Cubes
Method
Fill a tall collins glass or highball glass with ice. Pour the Cherrapunji gin, elderflower cordial, fresh lemon juice into the glass. Stir gently to mix the liquids. Top up the glass with soda water.
