Basil Breeze of Dzukou

Ingredients

  • 60ml Cherrapunji Gin
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger
  • 4 pcs Naga Basil
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Ginger Ale (to top)

Method

Muddle the ginger and naga basil in a shaker. Add ice, lemon juice and gin. Shake well. Pour the drink into the glass, top with ginger ale and stir. Garnish with naga basil. Serve chilled under the clouds.
