Ingredients
- 60ml Cherrapunji Gin
- 1 Egg White
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Raspberry Syrup
- 3 Raspberries (to garnish)
Method
Add Cherrapunji Gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with 3 speared raspberries. Served chilled under the clouds.
